My Journey to CEO: Empowering Human Capital Success

I’m incredibly proud to be the CEO of Stillwaters Harvest Consulting, a firm dedicated to empowering your organization from stormy seas to human capital success. Starting this company was the culmination of a long journey in which I developed and refined recruitment and people management strategies—in the field and in the office. 

For nearly 25 years, I’ve been working in talent acquisition, talent development, and executive coaching. Throughout my career, I have maintained a rigorous standard in talent acquisition, consistently targeting top-tier talent from prestigious universities. Our hiring criteria included a minimum GPA of 3.8 we often focused on valedictorians, an achievement that reflects exceptional dedication and excellence.

I have a proven history of excellence in working with some of the strongest minds, biggest personalities, and most technically astute and accomplished individuals in the world. From competitively swimming at a Division I college to working in a highly competitive industry with Type A personalities, I understand what it takes to reach and exceed goals.

I have had the privilege of working closely with individuals to identify their strengths and weaknesses, helping them achieve self-awareness and self-control. My understanding of diversity and inclusion, combined with a firm belief that humility is the prerequisite for all growth, has shaped my approach to leadership and coaching.

At Stillwaters Harvest Consulting, our desire is to create win-win partnerships that highlight the essential nature of human capital in achieving financial success.
